The meeting and training room

Panorama Hall

Panorama is a working room. Twenty-five to thirty people, a projector and screen at the front, and enough table space that everyone can have a laptop open — the format a training day or a regional sales meeting actually needs, rather than a banquet hall with a screen wheeled into it.

About the hall

What Panorama is actually like

The room takes the layouts that day-long sessions run on: classroom rows for training, a U-shape for a review meeting where everyone needs to see everyone, cluster tables for a workshop that breaks into groups, and theatre rows for a product launch or briefing. Changing between them is a setup instruction, not a negotiation.

What tends to decide it for companies is the catering. Coffee at eleven and lunch at one arrive from the kitchen downstairs, which means a thirty-person session does not lose forty minutes to people walking somewhere to eat. Working lunches are built to the session timetable you give us.

The address does the rest of the work. Delegates travelling in from Chennai, Trichy or Coimbatore get off at Madurai Junction directly opposite, and are in the room without arranging a transfer — the single most common reason outstation meetings get booked here rather than out towards the ring road.

Panorama questions

Before you book this hall

What seating layouts does Panorama Hall take?
Classroom rows for training, a U-shape for review meetings, cluster tables for workshops that break into groups, and theatre rows for a launch or briefing. Tell us the agenda when you book and the room is set that way before delegates arrive.
Can you serve lunch to a meeting in Panorama Hall?
Yes — refreshment breaks and working lunches are served from our own kitchen in the same building, to the timetable you give us. For a full-day session that is usually the difference between a thirty-minute break and a lost hour.
Is Panorama Hall convenient for delegates coming from outside Madurai?
It is directly opposite Madurai Railway Junction. Delegates arriving from Chennai, Trichy or Coimbatore walk across from the station to the venue, which is the main reason outstation meetings are booked here rather than further out of the city.
